Ao pensar na revolução dos cravos de 1974, no bem que nos trouxe, sobretudo na liberdade que herdamos a partir desse dia, deparei-me com a seguinte pergunta:
Atualmente, que tipo de revolução poderia melhorar o mundo? Para mim a resposta é simples, aplicando o conceito de bondade no nosso dia a dia, sendo gentis com tudo o que nos rodeia, com as pessoas, com os animais, as plantas, o planeta e com nós próprios. A revolução deve sempre começar de dentro.

When thinking about the 1974 Carnation Revolution, the good it brought us, especially the freedom we inherited from that day on, I came across the following question:
Today, what kind of revolution could improve the world? For me the answer is simple, applying the concept of kindness in our daily lives, being kind to everything around us, with the people, the animals, the plants, the planet and with ourselves. The revolution must always start from within.
